Office of HR and Immigration Services to work with individuals traveling with H-1B status

The government announced it will suspend H-1B premium processing April 3 for all H-1B petitions for up to six months. This is in an effort to reduce a large case backlog.

Any individuals in H-1B status that will need to travel internationally in the next six months are urged to contact the Office of HR and Immigration Services no later than March 17 to determine if premium processing is necessary.

Individuals with questions or concerns should contact Joshua Forquer, H-1B coordinator at the Office of HR and Immigration Services, at 216.368.6964.
