Spartan Bhangra, Case Kismat and Nritya are participating in Naach di Cleveland’s Month of Dance, a promotional and fundraising event, in November.
Naach di Cleveland is a nationally recognized, student-run bhangra and fusion competition that features dance teams from across the country. Next year’s competition will be held Feb. 18.
Spartan Bhangra, Case Kismat and Nritya are each leading workshops to teach short dance segments. While Spartan Bhangra offered its workshop last Friday, two events remain:
- Nritya: Friday, Nov. 18, at 5 p.m. in the Wade Pioneer Room; and
- Case Kismat: Sunday, Nov. 20, at 5 p.m. in the Wade Pioneer Room.
The workshops are $2 to attend, but all donations are welcome.
