Baker-Nord Center for the Humanities to present screening of “The Square”

the squareThe Baker-Nord Center for the Humanities will present a screening of The Square, an Oscar nominee for “Best Documentary.”

Pete Moore, associate professor of political science and a specialist in the politics of the Middle East, will introduce showing of the film at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22, in the Wolstein Building Auditorium. The show is free and open to the public.

The film takes the viewer into the heart of the Egyptian Revolution, illustrating an account of young people caught in turmoil, struggling to create a society with a conscience.
