Northeast Ohio Consortium for Middle East Studies to sponsor film at Cleveland International Film Festival

For the third year, the Northeast Ohio Consortium for Middle East Studies, which is composed of Northeast Ohio universities including Case Western Reserve, will sponsor a film from the region at the Cleveland International Film Festival.

Rashid Masharawi’s Palestine Stereo provides a harsh glimpse at Palestinian life under occupation told through the lives of two intensely loyal brothers.

There will be three showings of the film:

  • Thursday, March 20, at 12:05 p.m.
  • Saturday, March 22, at 11:45 a.m.
  • Monday, March 24, at 6:25 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased online at clevelandfilm.org, by phone at 877.304.3456 or in-person at the Film Festival Box Office, located in the lobby of Tower City Cinemas.
