Cleveland Scene: The Milton and Tamar Maltz Performing Arts Center this year will launch the Silver Hall Concert Series, which will feature 19 free musical performances from local ensembles. David Rothenberg, associate professor and chair of the Department of Music, spoke about the series and the opportunities for the community to experience Silver Hall.
