The LGBT Center will host a new discussion group called Spoonie Spectrum for people who are LGBTQ+ and have a disability. The name is based on Spoon Theory.
Both people with visible and invisible disabilities are welcome. The group will give individuals the chance to support each other through experiencing the cross-section of being in the LGBTQ+ community and having disabilities.
The group will meet on the last Thursday of September, October and November at 6 p.m. in the LGBT Center (Tinkham Veale University Center, Room 179).
