Learn to manage your stress with S.M.A.R.T. series

The Case Western Reserve University Wellness Program will offer faculty and staff another opportunity to participate in one of two eight-week interactive stress-management workshop series from University Hospitals Connor Integrative Medicine Network.

Led by an experienced stress-management specialist, each class in the series will focus on evidence-based strategies for building stress resilience and proactively coping with stressors.

The Stress Management and Resilience Training (S.M.A.R.T.) 1.0 class will be offered Tuesdays beginning June 13 at 11:30 a.m. in the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing First Floor Lounge.

For those who have already completed S.M.A.R.T. 1.0, the second class will be offered Tuesdays beginning June 13 at 12:45 p.m. in the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing First Floor Lounge.

S.M.A.R.T. 2.0 gives participants the chance to deepen their stress busting skills with more practice.

Completing either S.M.A.R.T. class will qualify Wellness Participants to earn the $100 Wellness Program Incentive in December.
