Law’s Paul Giannelli publishes, presents on expert witnesses, forensic evidence and more

Paul C. Giannelli, Albert J. Weatherhead III and Richard W. Weatherhead Professor in the School of Law, recently published a number of books and articles, such as Courtroom Criminal Evidence (Lexis Co. 5th ed.), Ohio Juvenile Law (West Co. 2011) and “Forensic Science: Why No Research?” in the Fordham Urban Law Journal, among many others.

Additionally, he presented in Columbus at the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ Capital Defense Seminar on “Litigating Daubert Challenges,” at Brooklyn Law School on “Expert Witnesses and Confrontation, Crawford and Beyond: Part III,” and at the ABA Criminal Justice Section Fall Meeting in Washington, D.C., on “Resolutions on Presenting Expert Testimony and Discovery.”
