Jonathan Entin

In Presidents and the Constitution: A Living History, he wrote a chapter about John Quincy Adams. The book was edited by Duquesne University President Ken Gormley and published by New York University Press in May.

He also wrote a chapter titled “Use of Foreign Law by the U.S. Supreme Court” in The Culture of Judicial Independence in a Globalised World, which is forthcoming in November from publisher Brill Nijhoff.

In addition, Entin wrote two articles in the August edition of The Federal Lawyer.

His article “Landmark Supreme Court Cases from Cleveland and Northeast” (PDF), addressed the region’s most significant Supreme Court cases. He also penned a profile of Karen Nelson Moore (PDF), a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
