Law’s Jonathan Adler discusses new EPA carbon regulations

Supreme Court: The EPA can tackle global warming, but we’ll review a few details
The Washington Post:Jonathan Adler, the Johan Verheij Memorial Professor of Law, weighed in on Environmental Protection Agency carbon regulations and questions being asked by the Supreme Court. The permitting rules in question, he said, “expressly require the EPA (and state permitting authorities) to regulate more facilities than it could ever hope to have the resources to regulate.”
