Charles Korsmo, assistant professor at the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, recently presented at two conferences and has a paper forthcoming for publication.
He presented his paper “Venture Capital and Preferred Stock” twice: March 5 at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and March 18 at the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law.
That same paper will be published in the 2013 volume of the Brooklyn Law Review.
