Law’s Charles Korsmo presented his paper at multiple conferences

Charles Korsmo, assistant professor of law, presented his paper titled “The Law and Economics of Merger Litigation: Do the Merits Matter in Shareholder Appraisal” at multiple conferences in the past few months.

The conferences include:

  • The Annual Conference of the American Law and Economics Association at Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, Tenn., on May 18
  • The 2013 Federalist Society Junior Scholars Colloquium held in Warrenton, Va., on June 8
  • The National Business Law Scholars Conference at the Ohio State University School of Law in Columbus, Ohio, on June 12
  • The 2013 Harvard/Stanford/Yale Junior Faculty Forum at the Yale Law School in New Haven, Conn., on June 15
