Law, bioethics professor Sharona Hoffman presents on legal and ethical issues of computer decision support

Sharona Hoffman, professor of law and bioethics, gave a presentation titled “Legal and Ethical Issues of Computer Decision Support and Order-Sets” at the American Medical Informatics Association 35th Annual Symposium on Biomedical and Health Informatics in Washington, D.C., Oct. 25. She also provided an update on the Supreme Court decision of Sorrell v. IMS Health Inc. at the same conference.
