On Monday, March 5, a select sample of Case Western Reserve University students, faculty and staff received an email from Associate Provost and University Librarian Arnold Hirshon with an invitation to participate in the Kelvin Smith Library User Satisfaction Survey.
The survey is designed to learn more about the experiences of library users. Responses will remain confidential and will not have any impact on the participant’s standing with CWRU.
Each person who completes the survey will receive a coupon for a free beverage from Cramelot Café. In addition, every 50th person to complete the survey will be awarded a $50 gift card.
