Kelvin Smith Library will host a juried art competition and exhibition for the upcoming Northeast Ohio Octavofest. Artists are encouraged to create artworks inspired by or related to selected books in the library’s Special Collections department. Winners’ work may become permanent items in the library’s art gallery collection.
