On Saturday, Feb. 16, Juniper Community Council will host “Star Search,” an annual campuswide talent show at the Spot.
Any individual who wants to show off his or her talent(s) is invited to perform a maximum five-minute act. Prizes will be given to the top three performances, determined by guest judges Chris Butler, Bernard Jim and Officer Mark Chavis.
A mandatory run through will begin at 6 p.m. and the official show will begin at 8 p.m. A $5 participation fee will be charged to raise money for a scholarship that will be given in the name of Ally Piepho, a first-year student who passed away over winter break.
