The Plain Dealer: The public-corruption trial of former Cuyahoga County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora is scheduled to begin Jan. 9. “It’s going to be tough sledding for the defense,” said Lewis Katz, John C. Hutchins Professor in the School of Law. Federal investigators “treated it like an onion. They unpeeled it leaf by leaf.”
