Jacqueline Lipton publishes, presents on “innocent copyright infringement,” derivative works

School of Law professor Jacqueline Lipton’s work on “Cyberspace, Exceptionalism, and Innocent Copyright Infringement” was published in the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law.

Additionally, she presented “Derivative Works 2.0” with John Tehranian at the 11th Annual Intellectual Property Scholars’ Conference at DePaul Law School in Chicago in August.
