The Professional Development Center will offer a workshop titled “Introduction to Your Management Style” Wednesday, Sept. 12, from 9 a.m. to noon in Crawford Hall, Room 209.
In the workshop, the first of a four-part series focused on the DiSC assessment, participants will learn their management and communication styles.

About the workshop
Different people have different needs, and sometimes it’s difficult to know how to communicate most effectively. DiSC is a tool that can help by providing an understanding of the four types of behavioral styles people display and how to best interact with them.
With a better understanding of personal communication style, it is easier to adapt to others, making communication more productive.
As part of the course, participants will take the DiSC assessment and receive a 27-page, customized report all about their style and how to better and more effectively interact with other styles.
