Rebecca Patton, the Atkinson Visiting Instructor in Perioperative Nursing, was the 2013 recipient of the Dorothy Garrigus Adams Award for Excellence in Fostering Professional Standards.
The award, presented by the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, recognizes extraordinary excellence in scholarship, leadership, research and practice.
