Identify symptoms of stress and better approach work and home demands with EASE@Work seminar

Case Western Reserve University’s employee assistance program through EASE@Work is offering an online seminar titled “Self-Care: Remaining Resilient.” The seminar will teach participants how to identify ongoing symptoms of stress and how to find a healthy approach to the demands of work and home. The seminar is available on demand beginning today (Feb. 20).

To access the seminar:

  • Go to easeatwork.com;
  • Click on Member Login and enter username “CWRU” and password “EASE” to log in;
  • Click on “EASEy ACCESS” in top menu bar;
  • In the Online Seminars box, click the “+” sign and click on “Self-Care: Remaining Resilient.”
