“Hunger Games” mania sweeps CWRU

It seems Hunger Games mania has swept Case Western Reserve University. The first movie adaptation of the best-selling trilogy saw a record-breaking weekend at the box office, claiming the best opening weekend for a non-sequel and the third-highest opening weekend ever. And fans from Case Western Reserve turned out to help break those records. Nearly all of the individuals who took the poll said they saw the film during opening weekend; the second-highest vote-getter was those who plan to see it soon.

In third place came the few around campus who are unfamiliar with the dystopian young adult series, followed up by those who have absolutely no interest in seeing the film.
