History’s John Grabowski details Cleveland’s past in new book

In honor of the Western Reserve Historical Society’s 150th anniversary, John Grabowski, the Krieger-Mueller Joint Professor in History, wrote a book titled Cleveland A to Z: Historical Essentials for Newcomers and Residents in Northeast Ohio.

Published by the historical society, the book details some of Cleveland’s history through 72 short essays on a variety of topics.

Grabowski also is the editor of the Encyclopedia of Cleveland History and senior vice president of research and publications with the Western Reserve Historical Society.
