Free exam prep for students taking Certified SolidWorks Associate Exam

American Society of Mechanical Engineers is holding an exam prep for the Certified SolidWorks Associate Exam that is offered to CWRU students free of charge compared to the usual $99. SolidWorks is a 3D modeling computer program and getting certified can be especially helpful for engineering or art students. However, both the exam prep and exam are open to all CWRU students.

The exam prep will be held in think[box] RDS, 5th floor on Sunday April 29 from 5pm-8pm. Food will be provided.

The exam is held in think[box] RDS, 5th floor on Tuesday May 1 from 9:30am-5pm. Students are given a maximum of 3 hours to finish the exam, so they should arrive in a timely manner. This means students who want to use all 3 hours will have to arrive by no later than 2pm to finish by 5pm.

For both the exam prep and exam day, students are advised to bring their own laptop in case we run out of space in RDS.
