Fans vs. foes: What the CWRU community thought of this year’s Oscars

While this year’s Academy Awards had its share of critics, very few complaints came from members of the Case Western Reserve University community. According to our very unofficial poll, an overwhelming number of individuals loved the show, while just a scarce few felt the opposite. A good number of our voters did not watch the show (the second-highest number of votes went to this option).

Other commenters expressed disappointment about the best picture award, which went to Argo, mixed feelings about the show and excitement about one performance in particular—“Joseph [Gordon-Levitt] and Daniel [Radcliffe] were adorable.” (Editors’ note: We agree.)
