Fall 2011 tuition waiver materials are being processed on an ongoing basis and should begin to appear in students’ SIS accounts this week. If you are planning to utilize the tuition waiver benefit for this semester and have not yet submitted your forms, please do so as soon as possible. The deadline for submitting tuition waiver materials is Sept. 30.
Also, if you are using tuition waiver for a dependent child, you must include the annual proof of dependency with your paperwork. Accepted forms of proof are:
- a copy of the portion of your Federal income tax return where the child is listed as a dependent, or
- a completed Child’s Proof of Dependency Affidavit
