Faculty, researchers encouraged to attend vendor demonstrations of new software

The Office of Research Administration will host vendor demonstrations Sept. 13, 22 and 23 to select a new software package for the development, submission and management of research proposals for grants and contracts. A work group with representatives from all the management centers has been working for months to develop the list of required functionalities that the new software must deliver. Faculty investigators and research staff are strongly encouraged to attend these demonstrations and provide feedback about the various systems.

The vender demos for the new pre-award system will be held as follows:

Sept. 13: Huron Click in Adelbert Hall, Toepfer Room
9 a.m.-noon: Administrators and research staff
1-2 p.m.: Faculty/“PI’s Perspective”

Sept. 22: InfoEd in Adelbert Hall, Toepfer Room
9 a.m.-noon: Administrators and research staff
1-2 p.m.: Faculty/“PI’s Perspective”

Sept. 23: iMedRis in Lounge 1914, Thwing Center
9 a.m.-noon: Administrators and research staff
1-2 p.m.: Faculty/“PI’s Perspective”
