The Office of the University Registrar invites faculty, staff and other Case Western Reserve University community members to explore, in live demo format, the Astra Scheduling System.
Academic spaces under the scheduling control of the University Registrar are easily shopped and reserved using Astra’s online, self-service request forms modified for our campus’s reservation needs. The rooms@case.edu staff will share tips to maximize Astra’s usability at Case Western Reserve, including best practices and policy considerations often involved in the unique scheduling framework.
The final session will be held Friday, Sept. 18, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. in Thwing Center, Room 101. No formal RSVP is required.
