Our Global Kitchen is our current exhibit on display in Khan Hall and was organized by the American Museum of Natural History in New York. Come visit The Cleveland Museum of Natural History every Saturday and Sunday through Jan. 8 to experience live cooking demonstrations from our own dining hall staff. A new dish inspired by different cultures, cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients is featured every week. Food and ingredients generously donated by Whole Foods Market. Shows are at 1, 2 and 3pm.
