“Executive Presence and Professional Polish: Effective Tools for Self Promotion”

Building on the success of the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine’s FLEX Program, Sumita Khatri and Billie Kyriakides will present a customized session on developing skills for career advancement at the Administrative Professionals Network’s next meeting.

Khatri and Kyriakides, are executive director and director, respectively, of the FLEX Program.

Their session, titled “Executive Presence and Professional Polish: Effective Tools for Self Promotion,” will take place Friday, Aug. 17, from noon to 1 p.m. at Kelvin Smith Library, Room LL06.

The coaching session will help participants strengthen communication, leadership and executive presence.

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the skills they have to successfully navigate their career; and
  • Learn mental and physical techniques to enhance their professional presence.

There will also be time before and after the event to network with fellow participants.
