The Professional Development Center will offer an “Evaluating Performance” workshop Tuesday, Aug. 14, from 8 a.m. to noon in the Tinkham Veale University Center’s first-floor conference room.
About the workshop
Managing performance is one of the most important responsibilities of being a supervisor, but it is more than just a performance review once a year. Great managers talk about performance consistently and constantly throughout the entire year.
In this interactive and skills-based workshop, participants will learn about the components of the performance-management process and how to do each one, including how to set clear expectations, how to give effective feedback and more.
