The Professional Development Center will offer the fifth session of its “Evaluating Performance” workshop Wednesday, May 30, from 8 a.m. to noon in the Tinkham Veale University Center’s first-floor conference room.
About the workshop
Managing performance is one of the most important responsibilities of being a supervisor, but it is more than just a performance review once a year. Great managers talk about performance consistently and constantly. In this interactive and skills-based workshop, participants will learn about the components of the performance management process and how to do each one, including how to set clear expectations, how to give effective feedback and more.
