Ethics Table brown bag lunch

Ethics Table participantsThe Ethics Table brown bag lunches will kick off for the fifth consecutive academic year Wednesday, Sept. 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Thwing Center’s Cleveland Room.

Guests are welcome to come and go as fits their schedule (coming late or leaving early is fine; the setting is informal).

The Ethics Table, a key initiative of the Beamer-Schneider Professorship in Ethics, features free-form discussion of ethical issues relevant or of interest to campus members. Meetings are held every other Tuesday throughout the academic year.

For the opening meeting, participants will catch up and talk, exploring potential topics for the coming meetings.

Participants should bring their own lunches, but coffee and desserts will be provided.

A schedule of topics for future Ethics Table brown bag lunches is available at philosophy.case.edu/beamer-schneider-professorship/ethics-table/. Currently, the only event showing is the first installment of a new series highlighting courses on campus that involve substantial ethical learning.
