Frederick Way III, Professor Emeritus of Computer Engineering & Science, died July 26. Way joined Case Institute of Technology in 1956 as an assistant director of the Computing Center and instructor in mathematics, eventually serving as associate director of the Andrew R. Jennings Computer Center for more than 30 years.
Also passing the same day was his wife, Nellie.
