The Plain Dealer: A new study shows mid-sized metro areas such as Cleveland should not pursue economic revival solely through job creation. Economics professor Robin Dubin said the findings are solid. “There’s a lot of very low-wage jobs out there,” she said. “And you can get a lot of those jobs and not really make your population better off.”
