The Huffington Post: In his latest blog, Deepak Sarma, associate professor of South Asian religions and philosophy, discusses why studying Hinduism in college is critical for Hindu students. For example, he wrote: “The Mādhva school of Vedānta … puts forth a strong position that mokṣa (rebirth) is only possible after becoming a virtuoso reader.”
