Civic Engagement Scholars: Applications due Wednesday

Take the service challenge and become a Civic Engagement Scholar. The Civic Engagement Scholars program is an initiative endorsed by President Barbara R. Snyder and designed to promote student involvement in the Cleveland community. Scholars commit to completing 50 community service hours during the academic year and attending six workshops and trainings chosen from a menu of options. Upon successful completion of the program, scholars will be awarded a certificate of distinguished service by President Snyder. Applications for this program are due by Wednesday, Sept. 15.
