Chris Bond to sign copies of book on history of University Farm at CWRU Bookstore

University Farm horticulturist Chris Bond will sign copies of his and farm director Ana B. Locci’s book, Case Western Reserve University: Squire Valleevue and Valley Ridge Farms, which tells the story of the farm’s evolution from hobby farm to the field station for Case Western Reserve University’s biological and ecological research, and onto its current initiatives of sustainability and environmentally responsible land stewardship. The book includes photographs of the farms from today as well as more than 100 years ago.

The book signing will take place from noon to 1 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 14, at the Case Western Reserve University Bookstore in Thwing Center.
