Apply for the Women’s Leadership Development Initiative program

The deadline to apply for the Case Western Reserve University Women’s Leadership Development Initiative (WSLDI) program is Sunday, June 4.

WSLDI is a program offering women on staff an opportunity to enhance and energize leadership and career-development skills through education, coaching and building professional networks. WSLDI provides a university resource and support system for professional staff seeking to further their personal and professional career development. The program complements staff-development offerings already provided by Human Resources and the Office of Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunity.

WSLDI is a yearlong program that begins with a general orientation session and combines four day-long formal professional development workshops from the Executive Education division of the Weatherhead School of Management with several group sessions focusing on self-knowledge, leadership and career planning. Participants also will have three sessions with a professional executive coach, using the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (360◦ feedback). After completing the four Executive Education courses, each participant will receive a “Women in Leadership” certificate.

Enrollment in WSLDI is limited to 12 women per year.

Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. Sunday, June 4. For more information, contact Susan Freimark at sbf@case.edu.
