Apply now for the International Student Pitch Contest

Global Cleveland and Health-Tech Corridor will host the International Student Pitch Contest Nov. 1 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Happy Dog at The Euclid Tavern.

They are looking for 12 international students who have talents and experience in their fields to pitch their ideas in front of hundreds of attendees, competing for a cash prize.

Students can pitch in four categories: business management and process improvement; IT/connected devices; community/civic innovations; and health care and biomedical.

Each category, which will have three contestants, will take up 20 minutes, with a four-minute presentation per contestant and an eight-minute Q&A session where judges and attendees can direct questions to any contestant in the category.

Students ill be asked to submit a single paragraph describing their pitch ideas and/or three slides with a summary.
