One to One Fitness Center offers free summer wellness programs and activities

One to One Fitness Center will host three programs that are free and open to the public this summer: Yoga on the Quad, Outdoor Tai Chi and Walking Club.

Yoga on the Quad will meet every Tuesday beginning today (June 5) at noon behind Adelbert Hall. Outdoor Tai Chi will meet every Wednesday in June beginning tomorrow (June 6) at noon by the wind turbine. In May, the Walking Club began meeting every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at noon in front of One to One Fitness Center. The club will continue meeting on those days throughout the summer. People of all fitness levels are welcome to participate.
